Arcyon ("Arcyon", "we", "us") operates the Arcyon platform at arcyon.co — an AI construction intelligence service that generates estimates, take-offs, reports, schedules, and compliance checks from your project drawings. • Account information — name, email address, company name, and phone number when you create an account or contact us.
• Project content — drawings, documents, templates, and prompts you upload or enter so the service can produce your outputs.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as pages visited, features used, browser type, and approximate location, used to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the service, including processing your drawings and generating documents.
• To manage your account, subscription, and billing.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, and service notices) and, with your consent, product updates.
• To improve reliability, security, and the quality of the platform.

4. Third-party services we rely on

We use a small number of trusted providers to run Arcyon. Each only receives the data needed to perform its function:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for your account and project data.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and service emails.

5. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone. We only share data with the service providers listed above, or where required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@arcyon.co. Some records (such as invoices) may be retained where the law requires it.

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices and reputable infrastructure providers.
