Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arcyon platform at arcyon.co, operated by Arcyon ("Arcyon", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Arcyon on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. Questions: hello@arcyon.co.

2. The service

Arcyon is an AI construction intelligence platform. It analyses drawings and project information you provide and generates outputs such as cost estimates, material take-offs, reports, schedules, and compliance reviews. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@arcyon.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly, depending on the plan) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of the drawings, documents, templates, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. Your project data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, and we do not sell your content or personal data.

6. AI-generated output

Arcyon's outputs are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided as professional assistance, not professional advice. Estimates, take-offs, schedules, and compliance checks may contain errors or omissions. You must review all outputs and have them verified by a suitably qualified professional before relying on them for pricing, contracts, construction, or regulatory submissions. Arcyon does not provide engineering, certification, or legal services.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or upload content you have no right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Do not resell or sublicense access to the service without our written agreement.

8. Intellectual property

The Arcyon platform, brand, and software are owned by Arcyon and protected by intellectual property laws. Outputs generated from your content are yours to use for your business purposes.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. On termination you may request export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcyon disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
